When I got a stress break-down in 2020 I had no idea that Tarot would be my guide into connecting with myself and my intuition and by that leading the way to becoming a self-employed Tarot Therapist.

Tarot has had such an enormous impact on my life the last couple of years and I can’t help but smile when I think of my journey within Tarot. Who would have thought that I would be a certified Tarot advisor – yes, I have played around with spirituel concepts before, but falling in love with Tarot was not something I expected.

It all started when I accidentally met an acquaintance on social media who wanted to test a small concept within Tarot and ask if I would be her guinea pig in exchange for some feedback.

I started out using the cards to do small tasks each day that would bring me grounding, creativity, calmness, and reflection. I didn’t know anything about Tarot or the cards meaning – it was all playing around using my intuition and trying to connect with the card or element.

After 3 weeks I bought my first Tarot card deck and I started searching for some real training. This is where I first met Biddy Tarot! I instantly felt a connection.

I tried out the programme “Master The Tarot Cards Meanings” and I absolutely loved the course. Brigit’s passion for Tarot and her light and easy to understand teaching was addictive. I bought more programmes to learn and deep dive even further into the world of Tarot and eventually I ended up signing up for the certification programme.

I didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t know what I wanted to use the certification for – I just knew that Tarot was now something that would be in my life going forward.

I absolutely loved the certification, but it also triggered my worst fear – reading for other people. I had read and done spreads for myself for more than a year and even though the cards were giving me such instant feedback on how I felt, I feared that it would be different doing readings for others. Even though Brigit and other certified people in the community were cheering me on, I was scared – and I was so wrong! As soon as I did my first reading on the platform my learnings and insights skyrocketed. What I didn’t see coming, a part from being so much more confident as a reader was, that after doing 20 readings I noticed that I had my own style and way of communicating the insights from the cards to the clients.

I was emphasizing the learnings of the cards, asking to reflect on the developing part of the advice, giving journaling prompts and on an overall level using my therapeutic knowledge to bring as much personal growth to the client as possible. THAT was so fulfilling to notice, that I had actually found my own way of being a Tarot reader and it connected with my love and passion for therapy as well.

Apart from developing as a reader, I was absolutely thrilled when I got feedback telling how accurate my readings were and how much they have helped the clients. Knowing that I had helped someone out there in the world going forward with whatever challenge they were facing was such a valuable and heartfelt experience.

After my stress sick leave, I decided to quit my job, finish my education as a psycotherapist and have now just started my own therapeutic business. I am combining it with Tarot, trying to tell the world that Tarot is such a strong personal development tool with infinite ways of connecting with your inner voice and unconscious mind. I offer readings, but I would love to work with small groups of people doing Tarot workshops where I pass on my passion for Tarot and working with personal development / therapy guiding people on their own intuitive journey.

THIS is what I was looking for – and I didn’t know it before Tarot helped me connect with my intuition and higher path.

The Biddy Tarot Certification Program has it all! Seriously I have never experienced a programme with so much value. I felt guided and supported from the first lesson, and being part of the Biddy Tarot Community was an added bonus where I got so much support and help from likeminded Tarot lovers.
